Logo Design - FAQs

Do you just make one logo design?

No, in fact during the course of designing a business' logo it is not uncommon for us to design over a hundred different draft logos. Starting out with maybe a dozen rough ideas, we refine and re-design your favorites each time untill we arrive at a logo with which you are completely happy.

Can you make my logo available afterwards?

Yes, of course. As part of our logo design process we even create a set of brand guidelines to help ensure that your logo is correctly used each time. We make sure that copies of your logo in all of the major digital formats are available whenever you need them and can even email them out to anyone you ask us to. We usualy create copies of your logo in all of the different ways it might ever be needed, i.e. black & white, thumbnail (for use where a tiny logo is needed) etc.

How long does it take to design a logo?

We aim to respond to your creative brief or feedback from each set of drafts within 48hrs, meaning that for a typical logo design project taking around 5 rounds of drafts and feedback to finalise would take around two weeks to complete. More often than not the timescale can be much less than this and will depend on how quickly you respond to the drafts we send to you. We never put any timeframe on a logo design project and we encourage our customers to take as much time as they need.

What if I don't like the design?

Don't be afraid to tell us what you like and dislike about each design, even if you don't like any of our designs please just let us know. Its really no trouble to come up with some different ideas for you and we really won't take offence. All that we ask is that you let us know what it is that you dislike about the design so that we can be sure to try a different direction with more of your ideas on board.
